Could A Career In Private GP Be For You?
To join FastTrack GP and take out a Franchise, you'll need to be a GMC registered GP, with a track record of good performance in UK based primary care settings. We tend to look for Franchisees with some management experience (for example, former NHS GP Partners), however this is not a prerequisite.
We're looking for UK qualified GPs, with the capability to deliver an outstanding patient service under the FastTrack brand. You should have a self-starter mindset with an interest in running your own business. We will require positive references from past employers or colleagues. Our strong preference is that you either currently work in the NHS or have recently worked in the NHS, and you aspire to operate a private practice in close union with NHS services.
Franchisees will need to commit the the FastTrack GP Financials, as well as securing a premise to practice from. You can apply independently or in partnership with other GPs. You will need a registered company to take-out a Franchise.
Whilst we give Franchisees significant autonomy, you are required to sign-up and adhere to our general practice Terms and Conditions, outlining expectations to ensure that our client experiences are consistent across our sites, and that we can manage your CQC registration.
We're experts in delivering high-class private GP services. As a FastTrack Partner you'll be equipped with the FastTrack Practice Suite - everything you need to build and operate a successful private GP service.
As a starting point, you'll need a to be fully qualified GP with good clinical experience. You'll need to make a financial commitment for at least 12 months and you'll need to demonstrate that you have what is takes to build a practice from the ground up. You'll also need to source and pay for a premises - although we can help you with this.
